Hi Eric,

It seems our signed drivers are somehow not accepted on certain W7 64-bit systems.

We have a new set cross-signed by Microsoft could you please try those?   See attached:

Otherwise if those don't work the workaround would be to boot-F8 and and disable driver signing enforcement.

Please let us know if those work for you.

Regards
TK

Hi Tom,

I setup a new 64 bit Windows7 laptop and the drivers wouldn't load because they are unsigned.  I found your answer that there are new signed drivers and the link.  It created a new C:\KMotion434\USBDriver folder.  I performed an uninstall from device manager, then installed the new drivers.  Upon reboot, I still have the '!' on the entry and of course I get an error when trying to run KMotion.exe.  Device Manager shows driver version 2.12.10.0, date 10/28/2015.

The device status states:

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

Is there another step that I missed?

Thanks

Eric
